This was our first visit and it was a delight. We at too much! Cheerful, warm, lively atmosphere with attentive staff. The food is excellent and authentic – much better than at most Indian restaurants. Spices are fresh and the food here is interesting. You get the sense that the waiters have a real sense of pride about the food they serve. Prices are very fair. If you want beer or wine, bring our own. Kamana doesn’t have a liquor license yet.
Dropped off my pup at Guilford Vet and stumbled upon this Indian restaurant. As soon as I walked in I could. It help but admire the detail in the decor. From the wood floors, warm choice in paint color, to the incredible hand painted chairs. The service was impeccable. The manager and servers were spot on. To top it off – the food was fantastic! Would highly recommend!
You know when food is so good that you keep eating after you’re full, then the leftovers haunt you a 5 in the morning, and you wonder if it’s weird to have malai kofta for breakfast? Kamana is that good. Exquisitely seasoned – so delicious! The staff is very pleasant and the restaurant is clean and nicely-decorated. Great addition to Guilford.
We came in for lunch and were very pleased with the food and service. Glad there is a good Indian place in Guilford. The portions for lunch were perfect and a good deal. Excited to come back for dinner next time!
